Chief Edward Reinhardt
Edward joined Cullman Fire Rescue on
April 26, 1978. He received his firefighter certification by
attending Huntsville Fire Academy. He attended Wallace
State College and earned an Associate in Applied Science Degree in
Fire Science. His training and education has afforded him the
opportunity to teach fire service classes for both Wallace State
College in Hanceville and the Alabama Fire College in Tuscaloosa.
During his career Edward has served as Firefighter, Fire Engineer,
and Fire Captain. He was promoted to the position of Deputy Fire
Chief in March of 2007, and Fire Chief in October 2009.

Fire Marshal Chris Chaffin
Chris joined Cullman Fire Rescue in
February 2004, after serving with Albertville Fire and Rescue
for 6 years. While employed there, he was a firefighter/paramedic
and assisted the Fire Marshal with investigations and code research.
Chris was promoted to Fire Inspector
in June of 2006, and began to further his training in code
enforcement and investigations. He is a member of the Fire Marshal's
Association of Alabama, and the International Association of Arson
Investigators. He received his Associates Degree in Fire Science
through Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham. He has
attended classes at the Alabama Fire
College, Department of Homeland Security Center for Domestic
Preparedness, National Fire Academy, UAB - CLEAR, and numerous other courses and seminars.

Training Officer Mike Hackney
Mike joined Cullman Fire Rescue on
June 6, 1981. During his career he has served a firefighter,
engineer, captain, and division chief. In October of 2004 he was
asked to serve as interim fire chief and was appointed
as fire chief in February of 2007 through October 2009.
Mike attended Wallace State College
and received an A.A.S. Degree in Fire Science. He then
enrolled at Athens State College and earned his B.S.
Degree in Public Safety Administration. Mike has attended
classes at the Alabama Fire College, National Fire Academy,
Emergency Management Institute, UAB - CLEAR, and numerous field
courses and seminars.
